#Dream30 Social Media Campaign

On October 28, 2013 SAHE launched our first social media campaign in support of the #Dream30. A group of Dreamers who self-deported to Mexico before DACA was put in place. While in Mexico, social conditions have deteriorated and the students face the danger of being in a country where they are outsiders. Many have been threatened or have had family kidnapped. The Dream 30 were in a detention center at the US-Mexico border after requesting Humanitarian Visas. We launched our campaign in support of these Dreamers because they are standing up for what is rightfully theirs. It's un-American to deny a child who grew up and was educated here, and identifies theirself American the right to live here, work here, dream here. #BringThemHome
